Red quinoa has a spicy, nutty and aromatic taste. That is why red quinoa is ideal in salads, dishes with walnuts or even with cheese specialties. Red and white quinoa seeds hardly differ in taste, the red variety has a slightly nuttier taste.

Directions for use: Wash red quinoa in hot water to remove the bitter substances in the outermost layers.
