Damiana leaves come from a tropical Mexican plant that belongs to the passion flower family. The leaves are harvested between May and August and then dried. Damiana leaves are excellent for infusing tea or for smoking.

Ingredients: Damiana leaves, rubbed

Directions: Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons and steep for 5-8 minutes.
