Buxtrade GmbH, at that time still under the legal form "GbR", was founded in the summer of 2014 by two young men who wanted to build up a sideline alongside their everyday work.
However, the demand for our product range became so great relatively quickly that we had to relocate for the first time. We left our "founding home" of Buxtehude and moved to a 750 m² property in neighboring Neu Wulmstorf.
We then moved back to Buxtehude in spring 2017. Due to our steady growth and as an investment in the future, we moved into our own company headquarters in 2023. Our motivated 25-strong team operates here every day in a total of 1,800 square meters of warehouse space as well as in office and conference rooms on two floors.
Thanks to our location in the south of Hamburg, we have short distances from the port of Hamburg to our site. We are happy to pass on to our customers the savings made here through short transportation routes and logistics from our own hands.
In our broad product portfolio in the areas of sugar substitutes | superfoods | food additives | nutritional supplements | spices | flavors & nuts , we offer all products in quantities ranging from 100 g to wholesale quantities in pallets, depending on requirements from private households to food processing.
Within Germany, we ship climate-neutrally via DHL GoGreen for a flat rate of 4.79 €. Our products can also be shipped to other European countries at standard shipping conditions. The common payment methods in our store make the ordering process easier for you and enable fast delivery.
We also guarantee that you can return your order without giving a reason with our 1-month returns policy if you don't like our products.
In addition to professional service and the best possible quality, fast and reliable shipping is also important to us. Our store is therefore a member of the Händlerbund and the FairCommerce initiative. We are also a sponsoring partner of sports, including HSV soccer and the BSV handball ladies, and support many other sports clubs as a health partner.
