Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of your order within Germany usually takes place within 2-3 working days* with DHL standard shipping.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
If you choose DHL Express, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days, provided your order is received before 13:30.
*Note: The delivery times stated by Buxtrade are guidelines and generally apply. In exceptional cases, deviations may occur, in particular in the event of delays in shipping, delivery bottlenecks or due to unforeseeable events.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect your order yourself, it will be prepared and ready for collection the next working day. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be informed by our customer service team by email.
The collection times are Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. In this case there are no shipping costs.
Return conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following return conditions:
- The costs for the return label are to be borne by you. We recommend sending the return with verifiable tracking and keeping the proof of shipment until the return has been processed.
- If the product is damaged on receipt or has other defects, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will cover the cost of the return fork.
- Please note that products purchased as part of special promotions or sales cannot be returned. If a sales product is damaged or has another defect, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
Complaints must be made in writing by e-mail with appropriate photo evidence, as well as the order or invoice number.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice. In the case of purchase on account via Klarna, payment must be made to Klarna. The bank details will be sent with the order confirmation.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
