Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Spain, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

Domestic shipments (Germany):

Shipments within Germany via DHL:
Delivery within 2–3 business days.*

We calculate international shipping costs based on shipping weight:

Delivery Times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, your order will generally be delivered within Germany within 2–3 business days* via DHL Standard shipping.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5–7 business days after the contract is concluded (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after you issue your payment instruction).
If you choose DHL Express, your order will be delivered within 1–2 business days, provided it was placed before 1:30 p.m.
*Note: The delivery times provided by Buxtrade are estimates and generally apply. In exceptional cases, there may be deviations, particularly due to shipping delays, supply shortages, or unforeseeable events.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you’re picking up your order in person, it will be prepared and ready for pickup the next business day. If there are any delays in processing your order, our customer service team will notify you by email.
Pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In this case, there are no shipping costs.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following return policy:
- You are responsible for the cost of the return label. We recommend that you ship the return using a service that provides trackable shipping information and that you keep the shipping receipt until the return has been processed.
- If the product is damaged or has any other defects upon receipt, please contact us immediately. In that case, we will cover the cost of the return label.
- Please note that products purchased as part of special promotions or on sale are not eligible for return. If a sale item is damaged or has any other defect, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
A complaint must be submitted in writing via email, accompanied by appropriate photographic evidence and the order or invoice number.

If you are paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
