Organic Guar Gum
Guar gum, also called guar gum, is an additive (E412) used as a thickener, gelling agent, flour treatment agent and bulking agent. Guar gum comes from the seeds of the Cyamopsis tree, which is native to India. This product is used in the food industry as a thickener and gelling agent in soup, mashed potatoes, desserts condiments and mayonnaises, among others.
Ingredients: Organic Guar Gum
Recommended use: Approx. 0.2% as stabilizer, to prepare pure gels up to 1%.
