Inositol
The slightly sweet-tasting inositol powder is excellent for dissolving in liquids. With around half the sweetening power of conventional household sugar, inositol can also be stirred into desserts.
Recommended intake: 2x 2 g daily, mix with liquids or food and consume.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
