Yeast flakes is a dried food yeast that has been inactivated by drum drying. Our yeast flakes are good for baking baked goods such as cookies or can also be used as a flavor carrier for spices and sweet flavors.

Ingredients: 100% yeast flakes (based on molasses).

Storage: Thanks to our packaging can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.

Packaging: resealable stand-up pouch / from 20 kg in the manufacturer's container
