L-carnitine is formed by the body itself from the amino acids lysine and methionine. In the skeletal muscles, in the heart muscle and in the liver about 250mg per kilogram body weight of this amino acid is stored.

Ingredients: 80.6% L-Carnitine Base,

Coating agent: HydroxypropylmethylcelluIose Separating agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 2x1 capsule daily with a glass of water with a meal.
