The psyllium husk powder is mainly cultivated in India. This is an annual herbaceous plant. The name "psyllium" has something to do with the property of the seeds: When ripe, the seeds pop out of the fruit capsule, resembling bouncing fleas. These are then ground into powder.

Ingredients: Organic psyllium husks 99% pure, ground (Plantago ovata).

Directions: Stir 1-2 tsp (approx. 4 g) daily into liquid and drink after a swelling time of about 15-20 minutes.
