Sunflower Lecithin Granules

Our deoiled sunflower lecithin granules are ideal for food applications. It acts as an emulsifier and stabilizer.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.

Packaging: resealable stand-up pouch / from 20 kg in manufacturer's container 

Directions: 3 teaspoons (approx. 10.5 g) once a day, at the beginning of a meal. The granules can be consumed directly or sprinkled with water or on a cereal or yogurt.
