Our spray-dried whole egg powder is ideal as an alternative to conventional eggs. The powder is perfect for preparing scrambled eggs, puddings, cakes, bread and much more. In addition, it is particularly easy to dissolve and has a longer shelf life compared to fresh eggs.

100g whole egg powder is equivalent to about 8 eggs.
