L-glycine is a non-essential amino acid found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish and dairy products. It is considered the simplest amino acid in our body and is directly related to the formation of proteins. L-glycine is used as a flavor enhancer in foods, among other things.

Recommended intake: A maximum daily dose of 300-500 mg should not be exceeded.
