Taurine 100% pure powder
In 1824, taurine was isolated for the first time from ox bile. The name was subsequently derived from the Greek word for "bull" (tauros = bull). Taurine is an aminoethanesulfonic acid that is formed during the breakdown of the amino acid cysteine.
