Glucose syrup is an important raw material for the confectionery and jam industry, as well as for pastry chefs and confectioners. The 45° glucose syrup can be shaped into balls with the bare hand because it is firmer due to its higher dry matter content. It is therefore ideal for cake icing, chocolates, modeling chocolate, sweets and ice cream.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
