Moringa, also known as the horseradish tree, provides around 2,000 mg of calcium per 100 grams, and the leaf powder also contains vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and zinc. Just 10 grams are enough to cover the daily requirement of vitamin A. Moringa powder is made from the leaves of the plant, which are typically greenish in color.
