The green cardamom is a plant species of the ginger plants. Cardamon is next to vanillin and saffron one of the most expensive spices in the world. In Asia, this product is used to flavor foods such as curry. In Germany, on the other hand, the cardamon is used during the Christmas season with gingerbread, spekulatius or mulled wine.
