Glucose syrup 45°
Glucose syrup is an important raw material for the confectionery and jam industry, as well as for pastry and confectionery. 45° glucose syrup can be formed into a ball with the bare hand, as it is firmer due to its higher dry matter content. It can therefore be used well, for example, for cake glazes, pralines, modeling chocolate, candies and ice cream.
