Saccharin (E954) is a calorie-free sweetener that is approx. 550 times sweeter than sugar. The sweetener is colorless, is quickly absorbed by the human body and excreted unchanged in the urine. Saccharin has virtually no physiological energy content and is therefore, like all sweeteners, a natural sweetener. Unlike the artificial sweetener aspartame, saccharin remains stable when heated, even when acids are present.
Today, saccharin is one of the most common sweeteners. Saccharin is often used in combination with other sweeteners, both as a light product and in diet products.
Recommended intake: 5 mg/kg body weight
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, possible anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.

In Buxtehude, just outside Hamburg, all products are carefully filled by hand into resealable stand-up pouches.
