Organic Triphala Powder
Organic Triphala Powder is obtained from three fruits of the genus Myrobalane: Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki and is one of the most famous herbal mixtures in Indian Ayurveda. Above all, the myrobalans are found in the tropics. It grows there mostly as a tree, now and then also as a climbing shrub. The small yellow fruits are harvested by hand after they ripen in autumn.
Directions: Stir 1-2 times daily 2-3 grams (about 1 teaspoon) Triphala powder in smoothies, juices, water or other beverages and take.
