Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days in Germany and within 5 - 7 working days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect your order yourself, your order will be prepared for the next working day and made available for collection. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be informed by our customer service team by email. The collection times are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice. In the case of purchase on account via Ratepay, payment must be made to Ratepay. The bank details will be sent with the order confirmation.
