L-carnitine is produced by the body itself from the amino acids lysine and methionine. Around 250mg per kilogram of body weight of this amino acid is stored in the skeletal muscles, heart muscle and liver.

Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcelluIose Release agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 2x1 capsule daily with a glass of water with a meal.
