Psyllium husks
Psyllium belongs to the plantain genus and is mainly cultivated in India. This is an annual herbaceous plant. The name "psyllium" has something to do with the characteristic of the seeds: Namely, when they are ripe, the seeds pop out of the fruit capsule, resembling jumping fleas.
Ingredients: Psyllium husks (Plantago ovata)
Directions: Stir approx. 4g daily into about 500 ml of liquid, allow to swell and then consume.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
Packaging: Resealable stand-up pouch / from 25 kg in the manufacturer's container.
