Spray-dried whole milk powder is gently spray-dried to preserve the milk's valuable ingredients. The cream-colored whole milk powder can be used in many ways: e.g. for baking or cooking or as an alternative to fresh milk. It dissolves in warm and cold water - not in boiling water.

About us

Buxtrade GmbH, at that time still under the legal form "GbR", was founded in the summer of 2014 by two young men who wanted to build up a sideline alongside their day-to-day work.

In our broad product portfolio in the areas of sugar substitutes, superfoods, food additives, nutritional supplements, spices, dried fruit & nuts , we offer all products from 100g to wholesale quantities in pallets, depending on requirements from private households to food processing. In Buxtehude, just outside Hamburg, all products are carefully filled by hand into resealable stand-up pouches.
