BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) consist of the three essential amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—in the proven 2:1:1 ratio. Your body cannot produce these amino acids on its own—they must be obtained through food or supplements.
The powder is sugar-free, low in calories, and dissolves easily in water—making it ideal for use during and around your workout.

Serving Suggestions: Mix 10 g of powder with 300–400 ml of cold water.
It’s best to drink it 15–30 minutes before your workout, during your workout, or immediately afterward. On non-workout days, consume it in the morning or between meals.
