Bitter apricot kernels are the brown kernels from the stones of small, tart wild apricots. Our product is an original natural product, naturally dried, untreated and unheated.
Bitter apricot kernels and their uses
The kernels are suitable for the industrial production of apricot kernel oil, for example, as incense or as seed for growing apricot trees.
Important: Bitter apricot kernels are a processed product that is not suitable for consumption. In accordance with EU Regulation 2017/1237, we inform you that bitter apricot kernels may naturally contain up to 2,500 mg/kg of cyanide.
