Horsetail, also known as field horsetail, field horsetail, cat's-tail, horse's-tail, horsetail hay, horsetail pansy or scouring herb, is a plant species of the horsetail class.

Ingredients: Cut horsetail herb Recommended dosage: To use as a tea, it must be prepared and boiled for at least 20 minutes to release the silicic acid from the plants.
