Field horsetail
Horsetail, also known as field horsetail, field horsetail, cat's tail, horse's tail, shank hay, panhandle or scouring herb, is a plant species from the horsetail class.
Ingredients: Horsetail herb cut
Recommended dosage: Pour 150 ml boiling water over 2-3 g horsetail (approx. 1 teaspoon) and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. 2-3 cups per day. Maximum 2-4 weeks at a time and then take a break.
To use as a tea, it must be prepared and steeped for at least 20 minutes so that the silicic acid is released from the plants.
