Gingko powder
Ginkgo is a tree species native to China and now cultivated worldwide. The ginkgo tree is the last representative of the Ginkgoales, an otherwise extinct group of seed plants. The leaves of the ginkgo tree are harvested, dried and then ground into a fine powder. The powder can be stirred into liquids such as smoothies or sprinkled over food and consumed. To prepare it as a tea, pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon per cup and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
