Glucose syrup is an important raw material for the confectionery and jam industry, as well as for pastries and confectionery. The 45° glucose syrup can be formed into a ball by hand as it is firmer due to its higher dry matter content. It can therefore be used for cake icings, pralines, modeling chocolate, sweets and ice cream, for example.
Packaging: Supplied in a 12.5 kg bucket.
