Recommended dosage:
Chondroitin: 1 g per day with liquid
Glucosamine: 0.5 g daily, about ½ teaspoon
MSM: start with 1,000 mcg in the first week. After that, the dose can be increased to 4 g.
Vitamin C: 200 mg daily with sufficient liquid

In our broad product portfolio in the areas of sugar substitutes, superfoods, food additives, nutritional supplements, spices, dried fruit & nuts , we offer all products from 100g to wholesale quantities in pallets, depending on requirements from private households to food processing. In Buxtehude, just outside Hamburg, all products are carefully filled by hand into resealable stand-up pouches.
