The organic coffee bean comes from the Colombian highlands and is a certified organic single origin Arabica coffee. It grows on coffee plantations at altitudes of 950-1,300 meters and is harvested by hand, washed and dried in the sun.

Due to the ideal altitude in Colombia, it produces a very intense Arabica flavor. The organic coffee bean comes with an aroma of dark chocolate with nutty and vinous nuances. Its fine acidity with notes of citrus fruit and a medium-bodied to soft body makes it taste particularly round.

Buxtrade GmbH, at that time still under the legal form "GbR", was founded in the summer of 2014 by two young men who wanted to build up a sideline alongside their day-to-day work.

In our broad product portfolio in the areas of sugar substitutes, superfoods, food additives, nutritional supplements, spices, dried fruit & nuts , we offer all products from 100g to wholesale quantities in pallets, depending on requirements from private households to food processing. In Buxtehude, just outside Hamburg, all products are carefully filled by hand into resealable stand-up pouches.
