Organic Dulse Flakes
Our organic dulse flakes are made from red algae called Palamaria palmata. Dulse flakes can be used as a dietary supplement or, for example, as a topping for salads or in cooking.
Recommended use: If you want to eat the flakes on their own, wash them and soak them for about 5 minutes. For soups, cook the flakes for about 15 minutes.
