Organic Guar Gum/Guar gum
Guar gum, also called guar gum or guar gum is an additive (E412), which is used as a thickening agent, gelling agent, flour treatment agent and filler. Guar gum comes from the seeds of the tree Cyamopsis, which is native to India. This product is used in the food industry as a thickening and gelling agent in soups, mashed potatoes, desserts, seasoning sauces and mayonnaises, among other things.
Ingredients: Organic Guar Gum
Recommended use: Approx. 0.2% as a stabilizer, up to 1% to prepare pure gels.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
