Organic locust bean gum (E410) is obtained from the seeds of the carob tree. It is completely soluble in hot water and forms gels in cold water. For this reason, it is used as a thickening agent. It can also be used as a stabilizer. Locust bean gum is approved for use in food in general and is often found in preserves, marmalades, jellies, baked goods, canned fruits and vegetables, as well as ice cream and milk-based drinks.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
