Thanks to its fine grinding, it dissolves well and gives your dishes a slightly sweet, subtly tart flavor - without artificial additives.
What makes organic matcha powder special?
Organic Matcha comes from tea cultivation that complies with the guidelines of the EU Organic Farming Regulation. This means: no synthetic pesticides, no mineral nitrogen fertilizers and no genetically modified seeds. Instead, the tea gardens rely on natural cultivation to promote soil quality and plant health in the long term.
The tea plants from which our organic matcha powder is made are traditionally shaded before harvesting, allowing them to develop their characteristic deep green color. The leaves are then steamed, dried and processed in a particularly fine grinding process. The result is a homogeneous, velvety-soft powder with a tangy-sweet aroma.
