The pleasantly nutty-tasting Jerusalem artichoke tuber consists of about 40% inulin, a swellable, indigestible fiber. The powder is stirred into milk, yoghurt, muesli, juice or even water, about two to three teaspoons a day. However, it can also be taken pure. It is important to drink plenty of fluids afterwards for the swelling effect to set in.
Recommended dosage: 2-3 teaspoons daily as an addition to yogurt, muesli, etc.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
