The organic Triphala powder is obtained from three fruits of the genus Myrobalane: Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki and is one of the most well-known herbal mixtures in Indian Ayurveda. The Myrobalanen are mainly found in the tropics. There it usually grows as a tree, occasionally also as a climbing shrub. The small yellow fruits are harvested by hand after they have ripened in autumn.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 times daily, stir 2-3 grams (approx. 1 teaspoon) of Triphala powder into smoothies, juices, water or other beverages and consume.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
