Potassium sorbate granules
Potassium sorbate (E202) is used as a preservative for foods such as margarine, remoulade, mayonnaise, soy sauce, jam, olives, dates, wine, syrup, iced tea or juice spritzer. Potassium sorbate is also used to preserve cosmetic products or tobacco. The product is highly soluble in water and inhibits the growth of yeast and mold.
It is only effective in the acidic pH range between 4 and 5.
Concentration of use:
Food: 0.025 % to 0.1 %
Cosmetics: 0.1% to 0.26

Store your buxtrade product dry, clean and at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. Close the bag carefully after opening - this way, freshness and quality are optimally preserved.
