We can also tell you the best amount of psyllium husks to stir into your yogurt: one teaspoon of psyllium husks is enough for 200 grams of yogurt. The strong swelling properties create a wonderfully creamy consistency.
Incidentally, the name psyllium comes from the way the ripe seeds pop out of the capsule - similar to fleas. A remarkable characteristic of this annual, herbaceous plant.
