The psyllium plant belongs to the genus Plantago and is mainly cultivated in India. It is an annual herbaceous plant. The name “psyllium” has something to do with the property of the seeds: when they are ripe, the seeds jump out of the fruit capsule, reminiscent of hopping fleas.
Ingredients: psyllium husks, 99% pure (Plantago ovata)
Recommended dosage: stir approx. 4 g daily into around 500 ml of liquid, allow to swell and then consume
Storage: thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
