Red quinoa has a spicy, nutty and aromatic flavor. This is why red quinoa is ideal in salads, dishes with walnuts or with cheese specialties. Red and white quinoa seeds hardly differ in taste, with the red variety having a slightly nuttier flavor.

Instructions for use: Wash red quinoa in hot water to remove the bitter substances in the outermost layers.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
