Our organic hemp seeds come from controlled organic cultivation. They are hulled particularly gently so that the high-quality hemp oil inside the seeds is preserved. Thanks to their mild, nutty taste and soft, almost creamy consistency, organic hulled hemp seeds are an excellent addition to many dishes. Vegan milk (hemp milk) can also be made wonderfully and easily from our hulled organic hemp seeds, water and a sweetener of your choice.
Our culinary tip: briefly roasting the seeds intensifies their pleasant nutty flavor and makes them a highlight in savory and sweet dishes. However, be careful not to heat them above 180 degrees.
