The sweetener sucralose, which is around 600 times sweeter than sugar, is extremely suitable for cooking and baking. Sucralose is made from sugar and tastes very similar to commercial sugar.

Application: As sucralose is around 600 times sweeter than sugar, only very small quantities are required. For a 330 ml can of a light soft drink, only 0.07 g of sucralose is needed, compared to the full-calorie version, which normally contains around 40 g of sugar.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
