Sunflower lecithin granules

Our deoiled sunflower lecithin granules are ideal for food applications. It acts as an emulsifier and stabilizer.

Recommended intake: 3 teaspoons (approx. 10.5 g) once a day at the start of a meal. The granules can be consumed directly or mixed with water and sprinkled on muesli or yoghurt.

Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
