The pleasantly nutty-tasting Jerusalem artichoke tuber consists of approx. 40% inulin, a swellable, indigestible fiber. The powder is stirred into milk, yoghurt, muesli, juice or water every day, about two to three teaspoons at a time. However, it can also be taken on its own. It is important to drink plenty afterwards so that the swelling effect sets in.
Recommended dosage: 2-3 teaspoons daily as an addition to yoghurt, muesli etc.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
