Our spray-dried whole egg powder is ideal as an alternative to conventional eggs. The powder is perfect for preparing scrambled eggs, puddings, cakes, bread and much more. It is also particularly easy to dissolve and has a longer shelf life compared to fresh eggs.

100g whole egg powder corresponds to approx. 8 eggs.

About us

Buxtrade GmbH, at that time still under the legal form "GbR", was founded in the summer of 2014 by two young men who wanted to build up a sideline alongside their day-to-day work.
