Our spray-dried whole egg powder is ideal as an alternative to conventional eggs. The powder can be used to prepare scrambled eggs, puddings, cakes, bread and much more. It is also particularly easy to dissolve and has a longer shelf life compared to fresh eggs.
100 g whole egg powder is equivalent to approx. 8 eggs. The mixing ratio is 1:3
