Wheat gluten/ wheat gluten
Baking professionals refer to it as wheat gluten or wheat gluten. Wheat gluten is a cereal protein obtained from wheat. The natural helper without additives ensures better volume and fluffier crumbs in bread and rolls. It is particularly recommended for all whole-grain baked goods, baked goods made from home-ground grains, and recipes for bread makers.
Recommended use: 10 to 30 g per kg of flour.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
